PDRAW32

Chromas

Two software applications are available from Technelysium: Chromas and ChromasPro. Chromas is a simple, easy-to-use viewer and editor for sequencing chromatograms. Chromas is ideal for the most basic of sequencing projects, where assembly of multiple sequences is not required. It can export edited sequences or send them to the BLAST server for identification. Chromas has no alignment capability.
