It's implemented as a homebrew external command called cask

Cask requires Homebrew. First install Homebrew if you do not already have it:

$ ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install )"

To install Cask:

$ brew install caskroom/cask/brew-cask
