WinMTR

WinMTR is a Free Network Diagnostic Tool WinMTR is a Windows application which combines the functionality of the traceroute and ping utilities in a single network diagnostic tool. WinMTR is an equivalent of mtr for Windows developed by Appnor. Functionally it is very similar, although it does not actually share any code in common with mtr due to the major diffences between the *nix and Windows network stacks.

Bping

Bping (pronounced "beeping") is a Windows ping alternative that beeps whenever it gets replies. I spend a lot of time diving under desks fiddling with network cables and got tired of looking up at the monitor to see how my pings were doing, and thus bping was born. Has a bunch of enhancements over the regular ping.exe: - beeps! (but you already knew that). The default sound is from Space Invaders, or you can specify a wav file to play, or use the system speaker.

Ping Tracer

This program helps to visually determine the origin of connection problems. The latency over time is shown on graphs, and each instance of packet loss is marked in red.
