口咽運動肌功能訓練

打鼾與阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症，長久以來一直是許多患者和醫師所頭痛的問題。治療上往往靠連續正壓呼吸器、口腔內牙套、或手術等方式來處理。自2000年左右開始，有研究者發現歌唱和吹奏某些樂器(Didgeridoo)者，打鼾情形會有所改善，進而有不少研究針對訓練口腔咽喉與顏面肌肉功能來改善打鼾與睡眠呼吸中止症。一般稱之為”口咽運動”(oropharyngeal exercise)或”肌功能訓練治療”(myofunctional therapy)。肌肉功能的加強，自然不是一兩天所能達成的，需要每天進行，才能出現效果，加強肌肉張力，進而改善打鼾與睡眠呼吸中止。為了方便自我確實訓練，因此設計此應用程式，能跟著示範動作確實進行，並且每天記錄，督促自己達成進度，進而成為習慣。期能在連續正壓呼吸器、口腔內牙套、或手術等方式來治療之外，帶來更多的幫助。警語: 睡眠呼吸中止症需由醫師評估診斷與建議治療方式，本程式僅提供輔助自我練習紀錄之參考，使用前仍需經由醫師評估，勿擅自依靠此訓練而忽略其他方式改善睡眠呼吸中止症，開發者將不負任何可能衍生之責任。

鼻症狀評估

中文鼻塞問卷: 是依據 Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation (NOSE) Scale使用五題問題來評估鼻塞狀況。鼻通氣視覺類比量尺: Visual analogue scale (VAS) of nasal patency 以主觀感受兩側鼻呼吸通暢程度。全鼻症狀評分: 以流鼻水、鼻塞、打噴嚏、鼻子癢四種症狀的嚴重程度。
