Buddy image is an image hosting site named after a cat, with unlimited storage, and up to 8mb per image, users can organize their pictures and GIFs into albums (public or private). Buddy image also provides various codes (html, BBCode, markdown, direct link) to use on your blog, ebay store etc. Unfortunately videos are not supported. The site is currently ad free and does not require a signup fee, but I would expect non-invasive ads in the future.
