During a telephone call, both partners start the DeskShare//Client. The program is self-explanatory and so compact that it will also be available when downloading throughout the world within a few seconds. An installation is not necessary, the PC does not change.

If the connection has been established, your conversation partner will see your desktop. Or also vice versa, according to the selected working direction. With the approval of the other one, this direction of sight can be changed at will.

A partner can also allow the other one the remote control of his PC. Thus, you can edit documents together or stand actively by your customer in a support case. If required, it is also possible to exchange as many files as you like between both computers via the integrated file transfer.
