OTP Auth can be used with any service that uses one time passwords. This includes services like Dropbox and GMail with two-step-verfification enabled.
OTP Auth is QR code enabled. You can scan any QR code available to import an account.
OTP Auth contains a widget which makes entering passwords easy: Just pull down the Notification Center, tap the account you need a password for, close the Notification Center and paste the password where needed.

OTP Auth is able to calculate TOTP passwords. TOTP passwords are based on time values.
You can also import accounts available as OTP Auth file using the web, mail or iTunes File Sharing. Just open the file on your device and it will automatically import the file.
OTP Auth includes a Safari extension. With this extension you can enter one time passwords directly into a website. Just tap the share button, choose the OTP Auth action and tap the account you need a one time password for.
For security reasons, OTP Auth can be secured with a password which must be entered when launching the app. If your device support Touch ID, you can also use Touch ID to unlock the app after a password has been set.
OTP Auth is able to calculate HOTP passwords. HOTP passwords are based on the number of already generated passwords.
Additionally, you can export your accounts to an OTP Auth file. For additional security, this file will be secured with a password.
Finially: OTP Auth support importing and exporting accounts from/to iCloud. Of course the files are encrypted so Apple or anyone else cannot read them without your password.
OTP Auth does not collect information about you either. You won't be asked to allow access to your contacts or your location. And most important: OTP Auth will not upload your accounts to someone else!
