Provenance

Provenance is an iOS Frontend for multiple emulators, currently supporting Sega Genesis, Game Gear, Master System and SNES.

It is one of the only emulators that nonjailbroken iOS users can download with the "Date Trick". The only downside is that it cannot run cheat codes for games like EarthBound.

Just drop ROMs into the app from iTunes on your Mac or PC
Uses OpenVGDB to look up game info and artwork. OpenVGDB is a database maintained by the OpenEmu Team.
