Whether you are a doctor looking for a simple tool to store your patient history, a small shop owner wishing to keep your inventory list up-to-date or just need to catalogue your books, Qbase is here to help you. You can store virtually any type of information that is suitable for a tabular format. You can build your own tables, called "lists", by choosing from a variety of column types to store information such as names, numbers, notes or images, and even define relations between different lists. Each list can be customized by creating one or more "views" which let you set which columns and fields to show, as well as define filters, sorting, formatting and more. You do it only once and then you can easily switch between the views in the Navigation Tree. Once you are done with designing the database, you can switch to 'User mode' and protect the workspace against structure changes. You can even set a password to protect your data and set permissions for another person to use the database.
