The insight behind building Sentiments was -
1. The favourite medium of content consumption today is Facebook
2. Content comes in cards and the one which has the right visual cues gets consumed the most
3. The favourite means of expression today are Swiping (for Yes/No)
4. Emojis :) :( :D :P etc etc etc

So why does feedback have to be in plain “TEXT” (biggest reason why people do not consume feedback and give it)
