Taskie

Taskie allows you to easily manage your availability by combining free times from multiple different calendars. Set booking rules and share your calendar with colleagues, who can then arrange meetings simply and efficiently.

Taskie involves three simple steps:
1. Create your Availability Profile. To do this:
- Set up your name, description, link AND privacy settings.
- Establish availability by using standard working hours, then retrieving YOUR busy schedule from connected calendars. Also, nominate a calendar to accept bookings.
- Set up booking rules such as minimum booking intervals, maximum durations, maximum number of bookings per day or week and standard working hours.
2. Once you’ve created your profile, share your link safely and efficiently.
- Share link via email or send invites.
3. Users with this link can then book appointments.
- These events will show up in the Taskie app as soon as they are made.
