TreeTerm

TreeTerm is a combination of a file manager and a terminal emulator. The directory you select in the directory tree of the file manager is the working directory of the terminal-pane (and the other way around). You never have to 'cd' to your working directory anymore.
Moreover the file manager can also be used to send cd-commands directory to the mac's 'native' terminal app, so you don't have to navigate in it manually. As a bonus you can set the file-tree part to only show the directories you recently/frequently visited, so you don't get distracted.
