Our app gives you access to many of the frequently used features on westjet.com while you are on the go including book and view trips, check in with Passbook, flight status, view travel info, and the ability to connect with us on social media.

Book and view trips

You asked for it. Book your next flight with the app and add previously booked trips to your home view. Keep a list of all the great places you’ve been under past trips and view the real-time countdown for your next getaway.

Check in with Passbook integration

Be the first to check in for your flight, without waiting in line. Our app lets you check in up to 24 hours before departure – and you don’t have to go to the airport. You can also send your boarding pass to your email or add it directly to Passbook so it’s available from your mobile device. Just show it at the airport and you’ll soon be on your way.

To add your boarding pass to Passbook, check in using the app and then tap on “add to Passbook”. Please note that electronic boarding passes, including Passbook boarding passes, are only available for flights within Canada.

Flight status

Whether you’re heading to the arrivals lane or departures drop off, our flight status tool can help you plan your trip ahead. Real-time updates let you know if flights are running early, delayed or cancelled. Upcoming flights display in your home view for quick reference. Unfortunately, our flight status can’t help predict traffic to the airport.
