VectorStyler (for Mac) is an advanced vector graphics and illustration software, with a competitive feature set, and several new features and workflow enhancements. VectorStyler is developed with the goal of providing all the capabilities, designers and illustrators are familiar with, not just limiting to a small, common subset of existing features.
The new features and workflow improvements introduced by VectorStyler, enable a better and more efficient design and illustration user experience. A detailed list of these features can be found on the VectorStyler website.
Work with symbols and styles
VectorStyler introduces an advanced workflow, supporting the use of symbols and styles, to create complex and reusable designs. Symbols can be created simply by naming an object and marking with a symbol role.
Gradient shapes
Linear, concentric (radial) and conical gradients can be assigned any shape that modifies the gradient geometry. User defined shapes are added to the list of gradient types selectable from the Gradient panel.
Alignment options
VectorStyler introduces multiple new alignment options, accessible from a single Alignment panel. Multiple objects can be aligned along a shape. The position of the objects along the shape can be interactively edited. Object sizes can also be aligned, resizing object to the smallest, largest, medium size or to a key selected object size.
Collision snapping
VectorStyler introduces numerous guide and snapping options. Guidelines and grids can be rotated at arbitrary angles. Guidelines can be organized into groups, with separate color and visibility options per group. Collision snapping can be used to position objects, by colliding with one or two other objects with any shapes.
Bending distortion
Stretch a group of objects along arbitrary shapes, and use variable width profiles to adjust the stretching width. The bending shape, and the width profile can be interactively edited using shape effect tools.
